Our Services

We are pleased to offer a range of collaborative health practices

NUCCA Chiropractic

NUCCA is a gentle X-Ray guided adjustment to precisely align the head and neck to restore posture and create balance in the body.

Pedorthist

Pedorthists specialize in the biomechanics, assessment and treatment of foot related issues; they are trained to design, manufacture and fit arch supports to address the foot related problems.

Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy is the study of movement and biomechanics, aimed at pain relief, treating injuries, and improving function and performance. Physiotherapy treatment involves various methods of manual therapy including, soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, needling techniques, education, and functional movement and exercise prescription.

Our physiotherapist combines NeuroKinetic Therapy®, an innovative muscle testing technique, with a global approach to assessing biomechanics to discover compensation patterns and correct dysfunctional movements to help you optimize your rehab and performance.

Massage

Massage therapy is a practice that involves manipulating the body’s soft tissues to alleviate tension, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. Through various techniques such as kneading, stroking, and applying pressure to specific points on the body, massage therapists aim to reduce muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and relieve pain. Beyond its physical benefits, massage therapy can also have psychological effects, such as reducing stress and anxiety. The types of treatments offered can vary, from therapeutic sessions aimed at achieving specific health goals, to relaxation-focused sessions that aim to alleviate general tension and stress.

Acupuncturist

Practiced for thousands of years, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been gaining popularity in Western culture both as complementary and alternative treatment choices. TCM encompasses many different modalities including herbal formulas, diet and lifestyle advice, cupping, gua sha, bleeding, moxa, and acupuncture. Acupuncture is arguably the most well-known TCM modality in the West. It consists of inserting very fine needles through the skin into what is called an acupuncture point. Classically, these points are found on the 14 main meridians of the body and are located from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet. For many people, acupuncture has been sought out to help manage pain, digestive disorders, anxiety, depression, insomnia and infertility to name just a few of the many things that acupuncture can address.
